This is a hack and not a cheat. to do this you need wii home brew the chaannel that you can get with the Zelda twilight pricess game. you can go on the game and press + 1 2 + 2 1 and homebrew will come up. then u selcet "hack Mario kart Wii " and then say "luigiall" and their you go all the chracters are luigi or "Marioall" "Yoshiall" and Any other character with all
